1. General Terms

Welcome to Parki.gr. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform. Parki.gr operates as an intermediary platform connecting parking facility owners with customers seeking parking services near airports and other locations in Greece.

2. Services

Parki.gr provides a comparison and online booking platform for parking facilities. Our services include: searching and comparing parking options by location, price, and reviews; online booking and reservation management; customer reviews and ratings; and transfer/shuttle service information. We do not own or operate the parking facilities listed on our platform. Each parking facility is independently owned and operated by its respective owner.

3. Bookings

When you make a booking through Parki.gr, you enter into an agreement with the parking facility. Your booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include a unique booking code. You must present this code upon arrival at the parking facility. Please ensure that all booking details (dates, times, vehicle information) are accurate. Parki.gr is not responsible for errors in booking information provided by the user.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off date and time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the drop-off time may be subject to cancellation fees, as determined by the individual parking facility's policy. In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Parki.gr accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards and payment at the parking facility. All online payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted connections. Prices displayed on the platform are in Euros and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The final price may vary if the actual parking duration differs from the booked period. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on-site.

6. Liability

Parki.gr acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the services provided by parking facilities. We are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings while parked at any facility listed on our platform. Each parking facility maintains its own insurance and security measures. We make every effort to verify the quality and legitimacy of parking facilities on our platform, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by parking operators.

7. User Obligations

As a user of Parki.gr, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or making a booking; not misuse the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; arrive at the parking facility at the agreed time or notify them of any changes; comply with the rules and regulations of the parking facility; and leave honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Parki.gr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Parki.gr or its content providers and is protected by Greek and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.

9. Modifications

Parki.gr reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
